Ingredients
- 4 leaves Romain Lettuce, Chiffonade
- 2 ounces Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Red Onions, small dice
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil, Chiffonade
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar, 6 year
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch Black Pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Mix together right before serving
