Ingredients

  • 2, eight oz. Salmon Filets
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt (to taste)
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Directions

  • Heat a sauté pan
  • While the pan is heating, season the fish on both sides
  • Add the Olive Oil to the pan
  • Place the salmon in the pan with the skin side UP
  • Sauté until golden, turn, and continue cooking on the other side to desired doneness
