Ingredients
- 2, eight oz. Salmon Filets
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch Black Pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Directions
- Heat a sauté pan
- While the pan is heating, season the fish on both sides
- Add the Olive Oil to the pan
- Place the salmon in the pan with the skin side UP
- Sauté until golden, turn, and continue cooking on the other side to desired doneness
