Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken Stock, seasoned to taste
- 1 cup Polenta (or Cornmeal)
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 ounces Chevre
- 2 ounces Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
- Bring the chicken stock to a boil and add salt
- Rain in the cornmeal, turn temp to low and stir often to keep from sticking
- Finish the polenta by adding the butter, chevre and parmesan
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
