Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken Stock, seasoned to taste
  • 1 cup Polenta (or Cornmeal)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 ounces Chevre
  • 2 ounces Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

  • Bring the chicken stock to a boil and add salt
  • Rain in the cornmeal, turn temp to low and stir often to keep from sticking
  • Finish the polenta by adding the butter, chevre and parmesan
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper
