Ingredients
- 4 leaves Romain Lettuce, Large Dice
- 4 leaves Red Leaf Lettuce, Large Dice
- 1/4 each Red Pepper, Julienne
- 1/4 each Red Onion, Julienne
- 1/4 cup Kalamata Olives, 1/4
- 2 ounces Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar, 6 year
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch Black Pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Mix together right before serving
