- 1/2 each Shallot, Roughly Chopped
- 1 ounce Almonds, Toasted
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch Black Pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor
- Process until smooth
