Ingredients
- 1 - 2 teaspoons Fresh Rosemary Chopped
- 1-2 teaspoon Fresh Oregano Chopped
- 1-3 teaspoon Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives - pitted Chopped
- 1-2 ounce Feta Cheese Crumbled
- 6 Chicken Thighs Skinless/Boneless
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Directions
- Place chicken thighs in baking dish and season with salt and pepper
- Sprinkle fresh herbs over chicken
- Cover chicken with olives and cheese
- Drizzle with Olive oil
- Bake at 370 for 25 – 30 mins. or until juice from chicken runs clear or until internal temperature is 165 – 170 degrees
