Servings

3-4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 - 2 teaspoons Fresh Rosemary Chopped
  • 1-2 teaspoon Fresh Oregano Chopped
  • 1-3 teaspoon Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives - pitted Chopped
  • 1-2 ounce Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 6 Chicken Thighs Skinless/Boneless
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions

  • Place chicken thighs in baking dish and season with salt and pepper
  • Sprinkle fresh herbs over chicken
  • Cover chicken with olives and cheese
  • Drizzle with Olive oil
  • Bake at 370 for 25 – 30 mins. or until juice from chicken runs clear or until internal temperature is 165 – 170 degrees
